After speaking with you, if you wish, we will send you a website content form. This is simply a word document where you provide us with the text content for your website and other creative direction for the designer(s) who will be handling your website.
Once you have sent us your completed content form, you can expect to be e-mailed a link to the first draft of your website generally within 72 hours. You will also be sent a revisions and feedback form. You send this completed form back with instructions on what changes you want made. You can expect to see a second draft of your website generally within 24 hours or so . This revision process repeats itself until you are totally satisfied with the website.
Once you are satisfied with the website, Vertical Thinking will purchase on your behalf (if you don't already have it) the domain name of your choice and post the website there for all to see.
You will be provided with an administration login area where you can manage the content of your website and make day-to-day changes such as changes of text information and pictures listed on the website. This allows you to keep your website up to date and current without the hassles and expense of having a web designer maintain your site. If you need larger changes made in the future, we could certainly accommodate you at a very reasonable rate.
Q. How long will it take to design my website?
A. Once you have provided us instructions for your website you can expect to see the first draft generally within 72 hours. Revisions to that first draft can be expected generally within 24 hours of receiving your revisions request. The number of revisions required will certainly vary from project to project, but on average most people go through 4 to 5 sets of revisions.

Q. Do I have to pay anything up front?
A. Generally we ask for a 50% deposit with the balance due upon completion. Larger projects may require a smaller deposit.
Q. What if I'm not satisfied with your work? Can I get my deposit back?
A. Absolutely! We guarantee your satisfaction with our work. If we are unable to satisfy you, we will happily refund your deposit.
Q. Can you write the content from my website?
A. No. Nobody knows your business better than you, and you or somebody within your industry is best qualified to write the text content for your web site.
Q. What I want to do is very complicated. Can you help me?
A. Yes! In all likelihood, we will be able to accommodate you. Our web design team has a wide variety of skill sets and experience and will almost certainly be able to accommodate your web design project.
Q. Do you provide photographs for my website?
A. We can provide a wide variety of stock photography for your website. This could include fairly common things such as a smiling family, a picture of a house, a picture of a lawn, people doing business etc. Part of our web design form includes providing you links to the various stock photography providers we use where you can browse the pictures and indicate to us which ones you wish us to use. It's really only very specific pictures, such as a picture of your business, or a picture of you, which we need you to provide.
